In 2024, we launched our Supplier Charter. The Charter sets out the standards we set for ourselves and the suppliers we work with, so that in partnership we can make a positive environmental and social impact.
Our Charter is intended to create conversations with our supply partners so we can educate each other and innovate together to find new, more effective and sustainable ways of working. There are a set of targets and actions against four core pillars that suppliers commit to delivering as a business depending on their business size and industry. Expectations for suppliers include:
• Measuring and reporting on their environmental impacts including emissions, waste and materials used at our sites.
• Sharing their policies and initiatives around employee wellbeing, customer care and community support.
• Work with their own supply chain to make sure their values and requirements are cascaded down to all levels.
We plan to roll out the Charter to all our suppliers and look forward to working with our supply chain to drive positive change.
