One Great Cumberland Place is our newest flagship development and is situated on the south west corner of the Estate. It’s an important location within The Portman Estate and our move is strategic, heightening our focus on Edgware Road and Marble Arch. Our new office space will provide improved facilities for our team, enhancing wellbeing and collaboration and promoting innovation.
We are leaving Portman Square in a strong position as Marylebone remains the heart of the Estate, with the spirit of independent retail and dining at its core. A huge amount has been achieved since we last moved over 13 years ago, from the curation of Chiltern Street and the elevation of Seymour Place, to the successful Baker Street Two Way scheme and the development of Loxton Walk, set to launch in 2025.
As we look to the next decade we are excited at the prospect of further evolving the south west corner of the Estate, enhancing an already fantastic community and fostering an inclusive environment for our team and neighbourhood across Marylebone, Marble Arch and Edgware Road.
