The scheme comprises just over 200,000 sq. ft of high-specification office space and 51 residential units, including an allocation for affordable housing.
At ground-floor level the retail units fronting Baker Street, George Street and Gloucester Place will be linked by a central courtyard spanning the length of the site, offering a diverse and carefully curated mix of operators to create a vibrant new retail and restaurant destination for Marylebone.
Derwent will oversee the development and take a 129 year lease over the whole site, while The Portman Estate will take a lease back over the retail elements.
Native Land has been appointed as the residential partner on the project.
