We are particularly proud that it is the first mixed-use development to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding for the commercial element and Code 4 Sustainable Homes for the residential, both of which are prestigious environmental ratings. The development was also shortlisted for a BREEAM award in the Western Europe category.
Total proceeds generated from the sale of the residential units exceeded £45m, and a highly successful office marketing campaign resulted in all five office floors being pre-let to a range of high-profile global occupiers prior to developments completion. Leases were agreed for between 5 and 10-year terms.
In 2020, the restaurant space was let to KOL, a critically acclaimed new Mexican concept restaurant by Santiago Lastra.
The educational/medical space is currently being marketed.
