This is a rent uplift charge from the start date of a rent increase agreement. It is calculated on the difference of your old rental value and new rental value.

No, a Standing Order is under the control of the tenant and the Estate does not have any access to your bank.
How can I make a payment for any charges other than my rent?
Adhoc charges can be paid by the following methods:
- Cheque
- Manual payment via your online banking facility

Please allow at least five working days for an international transfer and provide us with a screen shot confirmation.
Am I responsible for the bank charge for International payments?
Yes, you must include the bank charge within your payment.
