We are pleased to present our 2024 Impact Report, detailing our second year as a certified B Corporation. Back in 2022 we achieved B Corp status, joining the global movement of trailblazing businesses who meet verified standards of corporate social responsibility and make a positive contribution to people, communities, and the environment.
We have made great progress on the projects we shared in the first report. We delivered the first phase of our Supplier Charter in late 2023 and received strong support with over 30 suppliers now committed to the standards we have set ourselves. We’ve revised our net zero carbon targets to align with Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) and continued to support new talent and apprenticeships.
As we head into our third year as a B Corp certified organisation, we are committed to maintaining momentum on our projects. Key initiatives include validating our short-term and long-term net zero carbon targets with SBTi, developing a retrofit strategy for our buildings, defining social value across the Estate and working towards our next B Corp recertification in August 2025.
