We are proud to present our first Impact Report following our B Corp Certification last year. The report highlights our journey to certification and our key achievements over the past 12 months including our first carbon footprint of the Estate, our New Parent’s Leave Policy and our successful Wellbeing Programme. Our score of 86.5 (50.9 being the median score) demonstrates we are meeting high standards of social and environmental performance across our business.
Looking ahead, there are many exciting projects we’re currently working on that will be delivered over the next year. These include launching our Supplier Charter to set standards for ourselves and the suppliers we work with to make a positive environmental and social impact, supporting new talent through apprenticeships and a student bursary scheme, and progressing initiatives that support our carbon reduction pathway.
